About the program
The Bacularis Education & Public Sector Program provides eligible educational, research, public sector, government, and non-profit organizations with complimentary access to Bacularis subscription repositories.
Through this program, we aim to support organizations that contribute to education, research, and public services while helping them maintain reliable backup infrastructures.
Who can apply?
The program is open for:
- Universities, schools and educational institutions
- Research institutes
- Non-profit organizations
- Government agencies
- Public institutions
Applications are reviewed individually by the Bacularis team.
What is included?
The program includes:
- Access to Bacularis subscription package repositories.
- Access to new releases available through subscription repositories.
- Access for an unlimited number of hosts within the organization.
- Access is granted in renewable three-year terms and is automatically renewed for participating organizations.
The program provides repository access only. Commercial support services are not included.
How to apply?
Organizations interested in participating are invited to contact the Bacularis team at using their official organizational email address. Eligible applicants will receive an application form and further instructions.
Support the Bacularis Project
Organizations participating in the program may optionally allow Bacularis to publish their name or logo on the Organizations Using Bacularis page.
This helps promote the project and demonstrate its adoption within educational, research, and public sector environments.
