Updates to RPM package repositories

We have introduced several changes to the RPM package repositories.
Fedora 43
We have added new RPM package repositories containing Bacularis binary packages for Fedora 43. The packages are available in both free and subscription repositories:
- Free repositories - Bacularis version 5.0.0
- Subscription repositories - Bacularis version 5.9.0
New dependencies for selected RPM packages
In both the free and subscription RPM repositories, we have released new versions of the Bacularis packages. More precisely, we introduced a new dependency for the existing bacularis-selinux package.
This change is required due to an update in the system selinux-policy module. Starting with version 42.5, the MySQL SELinux policy module is no longer included in the selinux-policy package and has been moved to a separate system package called mysql-selinux ( see: GitHub - commit in fedora-selinux/selinux-policy ).
These updates apply to the following systems:
- AlmaLinux 10
- CentOS Stream 10
- Oracle Linux 10
- Rocky Linux 10
- Fedora 42
For free repositories, this is an update from 5.0.0-1 to 5.0.0-2.
For subscription repositories, this is an update from 5.9.0-1 to 5.9.0-2.
Without this change, the SELinux policy module from the bacularis-selinux package cannot be loaded during the Bacularis installation process.
