New RPM package repositories

10 Aug 2025, 15:41

We prepared package repositories that support new RPM-based systems.

We prepared package repositories that support new RPM-based systems.

We’re pleased to announce the release of new RPM repositories with packages for:

 • AlmaLinux 10
 • CentOS Stream 10 / RHEL
 • Oracle Linux 10
 • Rocky Linux 10

Packages are available in two versions:

 • Bacularis 5.0.0 – in the free repositories
 • Bacularis 5.5.0 – in the subscription repositories

This means all users can now install Bacularis on these newly supported platforms.

We’ve also added new OS profiles in the Bacularis code for these systems. These OS profiles will be included in the next Bacularis release.

Note: To install Bacula via Bacularis on RPM-based Linux distributions, make sure the EPEL repository is enabled. Without it, Bacula packages will not be available.
