Bacularis tuning

We have prepared in the documentation a new chapter about Bacularis optimization .
Nowadays we are used to have things working "out of the box". In case complex applications that cooperate with others to make it fully efficient, sometimes we need to spend some time on performing tuning. The tuning and optimization are the subject of this new documentation section.
In this chapter we split tuning areas into three main sections:
- Database - that describes how can we speed up the Bacula catalog database.
- Web server - with advises about improving the data transfer between web server and web browser.
- Bacularis - which is set of tips and options that we can adapt to our needs and make the interface more efficient.
