Bacularis manual installation

We have enabled support for manual installation of Bacularis.
So far Bacularis was able to install using one of the following methods:
- binary RPM/DEB package from Bacularis repositories
- container images from Docker Hub container image repositories
- installation using Composer
Now we added to this list also:
- manual installation using source archives
