New Bacularis French translation

Thanks to Joachim Legrand 's work and effort the Bacularis web interface has became translated into French .
We are happy to let you know that Bacularis will be available in French language. Joachim Legrand from the Bacularis Team translated it. This change will much help French users to use Bacularis.
We hope this change will be available in the next release of our Bacula web interface soon.
Currently Bacularis fully supports the following translations:
- English
- French
- Korean
- Polish
- Portuguese
- Russian
There is also partial Japanese translation that thanks to Hiroto Iwasawa's will be completed in the future.
