New package repository for openSUSE 15.6

We started providing repository with the binary packages for openSUSE 15.6 / SLES.
We prepared a package repository for openSUSE / SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES). It contains the Bacula web interface packages with the latest version 4.5.1.
Also in Bacularis 4.5.1 we added some changes for better supporting openSUSE / SLES systems. We are glad that the Bacularis Project starts supporting RPM packages for these Linux distributions.
So far we prepared the openSUSE 15.6 binary packages in the subscription repositories for the current Bacularis version. In free repositories the new packages will be built on the next major release.
